Ms. Aditi Tol brings along with her, a blended experience of industry, and academics spanning over 5 years. Her academic experience encompasses delivering various subjects across post graduate courses like MMS, PGDM and Executive MBA over the years. Her area of expertise lies in General Management and Human Resource Management branch of courses. She has been involved in conducting various activities and events for student development, institute and faculty development.

Currently she is a faculty of MMS in the department of HR with DES’s NMITD. Her core strength is practical & industry-oriented teaching style. She believes that management teaching should be a blend of theory and practical application based, which makes it interesting for students and also make them ready for industry.

She enjoys reading, exploring food joints and connecting with people. Reaching out to the youth and making a difference in their lives gives her immense satisfaction.

She has been a constant benefactor and an enthusiastic teacher in Shree Ramkrishna Charities, Aundh, Pune for charitable reasons. As a part of this venture, she is involved in teaching students up to SSC in Bharat Vidyalay, SRC with 100% passing since 2020. She uses this focus to amplify the voices of communities that have been marginalized and left on the fringes of research, public policy, and global conversation.
