Farewell Ceremony for MCA & MMS Batch 2023–2025 at NMITD

Deccan Education Society’s Navinchandra Mehta Institute of Technology & Development (NMITD) bid an emotional and joyous farewell to the outgoing MCA and MMS Batch 2023–2025 on on August 2, 2025 from 3 PM onwards at the 0.8 Auditorium, Kirti College, DES Mumbai Campus. The event brought together students, faculty, and staff to celebrate the journey, achievements, and cherished memories of the graduating class.

The Saturday evening commenced with a warm welcome by Mrs. Shreya Bhamare, setting the tone for heartfelt celebrations. Although Dr. Rasika Mallya, In-Charge Director, NMITD, could not attend in person, her inspiring video message conveyed pride in the students’ accomplishments and encouraged them to strive for excellence in their future endeavors.

Dr. Sulakshana Vispute, HoD-MCA, reflected fondly on the batch’s journey, sharing memorable moments that showcased their enthusiasm and growth, while Dr. Renuka Savant, HoD-MMS, commended their professional transformation and urged them to uphold leadership, integrity, and resilience in the corporate world.

The highlight of the ceremony was the Student Reflections, where representatives from both programs — Ms. Rutuja Khangal, Mr. Anamay Potdar, Ms. Shruti Pathak, Mr. Rushi Patil (MCA), and Ms. Puja Chokshi, Mr. Harsh Bhosle (MMS) — shared heartfelt memories, gratitude, and anecdotes that touched the audience.

The celebrations concluded with a lively Food Fiesta and Dance Floor, where students and faculty came together in music, joy, and camaraderie — marking the perfect send-off for the graduating batch.

The event left the students with a deep sense of pride, belonging, and cherished memories as they embark on their professional journeys. While this chapter closes, the bonds formed at NMITD will continue to inspire and connect them for years to come.
