A Hands-on Flutter Guest Session for MCA Students

The Department of MCA at Deccan Education Society’s Navinchandra Mehta Institute of Technology & Development (NMITD) organized an engaging Hands-on Flutter Guest Session for MCA students.

The session was conducted by Miss Neha Panchal, Assistant Manager at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, who shared her expertise on Flutter, a modern UI toolkit for building natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase.

Students gained practical insights into Flutter’s architecture, widget structure, Firebase setup, CRUD with Firestore(TODO App), and real-time app development techniques. The interactive session allowed participants to explore key concepts through hands-on exercises and live demonstrations.

This initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices, empowering students with cutting-edge skills in mobile app development.
