📜 The patent titled “Portable Automatic Certificate Generating Machine” focuses on an innovative system for automated certificate generation based on rubric-based assessment within the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. This work highlights a progressive step towards enhancing transparency, efficiency, and automation in academic evaluation systems.
