Dr. Swapnali D. Mahadik is an accomplished academician, researcher, and quality assurance professional with extensive experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional accreditation processes. She has completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Water Quality Monitoring Systems using Machine Learning, showcasing her expertise in leveraging Artificial Intelligence and advanced computing techniques to address real-world environmental challenges.

Her academic interests include Software Testing, Web Technologies, Operating Systems, Distributed Systems & Cloud Computing, and Information Security. She is actively involved in mentoring and guiding MCA and MMS student projects, fostering innovation and research-oriented learning among students.

Dr. Swapnali D. Mahadik currently serves as the IQAC Coordinator, playing a vital role in promoting quality enhancement initiatives and academic excellence within the institute. She has been an integral member of the NAAC and NBA Steering Committees since the inception of the institute’s accreditation journey, contributing significantly to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.

As the Convener of the Conference Committee, she leads the planning and management of academic conferences, ensuring their successful execution while fostering research, innovation, and scholarly collaboration.

She also heads the Entrepreneurship Cell, where she actively guides and mentors aspiring student entrepreneurs in transforming innovative ideas into successful start-up ventures.

She also coordinates the Institute-level Feedback Committee, playing a key role in collecting, analyzing, and acting upon stakeholder feedback to enhance academic quality and institutional effectiveness.

At the university level, Dr. Swapnali Mahadik contributes to academic development as a member of the Syllabus Setting Committee for the MCA Programme under the University of Mumbai, participating in curriculum design and revision activities to align academic programs with industry and technological advancements.
