Crystal G. Soares serves as an Assistant Professor (MMS/MBA) at DES’ Navinchandra Mehta Institute of Technology and Development (NMITD), where she is also a proud alumna of the institution’s Systems (IT) Specialization program. With a unique academic foundation that pairs an MBA/MMS with a B.A. in English Literature (Hons.), Professor Soares specializes in the intersection of technical architecture and strategic communication.

Adopting a “Practitioner-Educator” model, she brings significant industry insights into the classroom. As the Founder and Digital Strategist at C.G.Soares, she manages the full project lifecycle for digital transformation—from UI/UX wireframing till deployment. Her professional background includes roles at Techademy Learning Solutions, where she supported major website revamps and digital marketing campaigns, and NSE IT, where she focused on Blockchain-based interface design.

Professor Soares is an expert in bridging the gap between technical systems and marketing strategy. She holds specialized certifications in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Predictive Analytics from 6Sense, as well as a Professional Diploma in Web Design from Shaw Academy. Her teaching philosophy focuses on “Technical Storytelling,” ensuring that students are not only technically proficient but also possess the communication skills required for “Day 1 Readiness” in the digital economy.
