Prior to joining academia, she gained over seven years of industry experience in Corporate Human Resource domain. Her professional experience spans Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, HRMS Administration, Policy Development, Process Mapping, and HR Business Partnering. She has also been involved in HR system implementation, employee development initiatives, employer branding activities, and organizational communication projects.
In addition to her corporate experience, she has gained multidisciplinary exposure through internships and projects across the aviation, recruitment consulting, healthcare, and mental health sectors. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Well-being, and Career Development.
Prof. Neeti has further enhanced her professional expertise through certifications in Career Coaching, Psychological Counselling, Happiness Coaching, and Training & Facilitation. Her teaching approach focuses on experiential learning and bridging the gap between academic concepts and workplace practices. She is particularly interested in employability development, corporate readiness, professional communication, and helping students understand contemporary organizational expectations and business environments.
