Pre-Placement Preparatory Program 2026 for MCA Students

Deccan Education Society’s Navinchandra Mehta Institute of Technology & Development (NMITD) successfully commenced its Pre-Placement Activities 2026 for Second Year MCA students, reinforcing the institute’s commitment to enhancing students’ employability and preparing them for successful campus placements.

The initiative began with an Aptitude Training Session conducted by Mr. Mandar Zarekar, who introduced students to essential aptitude concepts, logical reasoning, quantitative problem-solving techniques, and effective strategies for competitive placement examinations. The session provided students with a strong foundation and boosted their confidence for the recruitment process.

As a continuation of the programme, an Intensive Technical Training was organized from 8th July 2026 to 15th July 2026, led by Mr. Ayush Gupta. The comprehensive training focused on industry-relevant technologies, coding best practices, problem-solving approaches, technical interview preparation, and practical concepts aligned with current recruitment requirements. The interactive sessions enabled students to strengthen their technical competencies and develop greater confidence in facing placement interviews.

Both resource persons shared valuable industry insights, practical experiences, and expert guidance, motivating students to enhance their technical and analytical skills while preparing for future career opportunities.
