🥈Team Smart Coders Secure 2nd Place at SPIT’s National 24-Hour Cybersecurity Hackathon🥈

DES’s NMITD is proud to announce that our MCA First Year team, Smart Coders, secured the 2nd Place at RΞDACT 2025, a prestigious national-level 24-hour cybersecurity hackathon organized by the Suraksha Cyber Security Cell of Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT), Andheri (W), Mumbai.

RΞDACT 2025 brought together innovators, designers, and cybersecurity enthusiasts from across the country. The event, conducted in an offline on-campus mode, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of MCA, B.Tech, MSc IT, and various other disciplines. Participants worked intensively for 24 hours to conceptualize, build, and present functional cybersecurity prototypes evaluated by academic and industry experts.

Our team Smart Coders — Mr. Pratham Handa, Mr. Saurav Mahale, and Mr. Vinit Dabholkar — achieved an impressive 2nd place finish, earning a cash prize of ₹15,000 along with special goodies.
Their project, CyberSecure: AI/ML Real-Time Network Intrusion Triage System, showcased innovation and technical excellence, standing out among talented teams from across India.
