Founder’s Day Celebration 2026

The Founder’s Day Celebration 2026 was organized on 8 August 2026 at the 0.8 Auditorium, DES Mumbai Campus, by Kirti M. Doongursee College of Arts, Science and Commerce (KMC), Navinchandra Mehta Institute of Technology & Development (NMITD), and Smt. Jayshree Sharadchandra Kothari Business School (JSKBS).
The programme commenced with Deep Prajwalan and Saraswati Vandana, followed by Vande Mataram. Dr. Sulakshana Vispute, Prabhandhak, NMITD, delivered the welcome address and also shared the journey of the Deccan Education Society (DES), highlighting its rich legacy, growth, and contribution to education. The programme further featured a video showcasing the DES Mumbai Campus, followed by the introduction of the Hon’ble Guest, Shri Anant Joshi, Trustee, DES, and his inspiring address.
A special Felicitation Ceremony was conducted to recognize and appreciate the dedicated contributions of faculty and staff members. The following members were felicitated:
